BoxShop removed from Envato – existing customers cannot download updates
I purchased a lifetime licence for BoxShop and use it for an active WooCommerce business website. BoxShop has now been removed from Envato, the download is unavailable to existing purchasers, the ThemeSky website is inaccessible, and the documentation website has an invalid security certificate.
Because BoxShop contains WooCommerce template overrides and bundled plugins, I cannot safely update WooCommerce without an updated compatible theme version.

Has BoxShop been permanently discontinued?
Why were existing customers not notified?
How can licensed customers download the latest purchased version?
Will further WooCommerce compatibility and security updates be provided?
If Skygroup has stopped operating, what migration assistance will be offered?
