I do not have any theme update notifications in themeforest but woocommerce and wordpress did get updated.
I don't know why you didn't get notification about updating the theme from themeforest. We checked the option which will send an email notification to buyer when updating the theme. Anyway, in future, you should not update WooCommerce without updating the theme.
