On home page new arrivals (product slider) i have added custom order to "Yes" and order by "Date". But i don't see products rendering date wise. I even checked via order by ID. but nothing changes. Can you let me know what is that i am missing here.. I want the latest uplaoded products to be on new arrival section.
1. You just set Product type to Recent, Custom order to No
2. You set Custom order to Yes, Order by to Date, Order to Descending
Also, please clear all caches if you have after changing: hosting cache, caching plugin, browser cache and CDN.
If it still does not work, please check to make sure that your theme version is compatible with your WooCommerce version. If you don't know, please let me know the version of the following things: the theme, WooCommerce plugin and ThemeSky plugin.
You are using an old theme version. Your ThemeSky plugin is also an old version. They are not compatible with WooCommerce 3.1.2. Please update the theme and the ThemeSky plugin. To display the recent products, you have 2 ways:
1. You just set Product type to Recent, Custom order to No
2. You set Custom order to Yes, Order by to Date, Order to Descending

I tried clearing cache.
