You don't select Revolution Slider in Page Options. You add the Revolution Slider shortcode to your page content. You edit the row which contains the Revolution Slider shortcode and set its margin to -20px as my screenshot
Do you want to wrap menu on all pages? If yes, you can change layout in Theme Options > General tab. You set layout as my screenshot. Please note that you can also set layout for individually page in Page Options
When you change layout to Boxed, you will see the background color in left and right hand side. You can change it in Appearance > Customize > Colors
